In the center of the image, there's some kind of light moire or sharpening patterns. I don't know if it's a crop you're showing here and if that could have been avoided, but when looking at the image as a whole from a suitable distance, the eye doesn't catch this pattern anymore, so it's not a problem.
Well done! When it comes to mood, I have nothing to say other than I simply enjoy looking at it.
